Slow Cooker Cheater Pork Stew

marinara sauce

Red Boat fish sauce

Sunny Paris seasoning or your favorite seasoning blend

finely chopped Italian parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Slice the onions and smash the garlic cloves, then add them with the carrots to the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
- Cube the pork and toss it with Sunny Paris seasoning and fish sauce, adding more salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the seasoned pork on top of the onions and carrots, and tuck the cabbage wedges on top.
- Drizzle the marinara sauce over the mixture and add more salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Once the pork and veggies are fork-tender, adjust seasoning with balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, then stir well.
- Transfer the stew to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh Italian parsley if desired.
