Instructions
- 1. Turn on the sauté function of the Instant Pot and heat the oil.
- 2. Add the onions and cook until slightly softened.
- 3. Stir in the garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- 4. Add the cubed pork, Magic Mushroom Powder, and fish sauce; stir to combine.
- 5. Pour marinara sauce over the pork without stirring.
- 6. Turn off the sauté function, lock the lid, and cook on high pressure for 35 minutes.
- 7. Manually release the pressure once cooking is finished.
- 8. Add carrots and cabbage, then cook under high pressure for 3 minutes.
- 9. Release pressure manually and stir in balsamic vinegar.
- 10. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, then top with parsley and serve.
