Lemon Lime Ice Cream

Instructions
- Chill the coconut milk in the refrigerator for several hours.
- Remove the zest from the lime and lemon using a microplane.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon and lime to obtain about ¼ cup of juice.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions, or freeze in a shallow container.
- If frozen solid, soften the ice cream in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before scooping.
