Easy Salsa Rice

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in the rice, cooking until some grains turn golden, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add the broth, salsa, cumin, and garlic powder, stirring to combine.
- Cover the pan, reduce the heat, and simmer for 20 minutes until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is cooked.
