Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish.
- Mix blackberries with cornstarch, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Transfer the blackberry mixture to the baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine oats, nuts, almond meal, coconut, cinnamon, and salt.
- Drizzle olive oil and honey over the dry ingredients and mix until moistened.
- Spread the topping over the blackberry mixture.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving warm.
