Apple Blackberry Crisp

The topping

agave nectar, honey, or maple syrup
Instructions
- 1. Toss together the apples, blackberries, lemon juice, vanilla, and arrowroot in a large bowl.
- 2. Transfer the mixture to an 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
- 3. In a food processor, combine the almond flour, salt, baking soda, oil, and maple syrup to make the topping.
- 4. Crumble the topping over the apple-blackberry mixture.
- 5. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350°F for 60 to 70 minutes until the fruit is juicy and bubbling.
- 6. Uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes to brown the topping.
- 7. Serve warm.
