Instructions
- Process the pitted dates in a food processor until a fine paste or ball forms.
- Add the peanut butter and blend until combined.
- Incorporate the cacao powder and blend again.
- Add melted coconut oil gradually until a fudgy paste forms; adjust oil as needed.
- Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined pan and smooth the surface.
- Top with optional peanuts and cacao nibs if desired.
- Freeze until firm, about 20 minutes, then slice into squares.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
