Chocolate + Peanut Butter Fudge

white or black sea salt flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Process the dates, peanut butter, and vanilla in a food processor until smooth.
- Press the mixture into a greased loaf tin lined with baking paper.
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle with salt if using, and freeze for 30 minutes until firm.
- Cut into pieces using a hot knife to serve.
