Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

creamy peanut butter or sunbutter

xylitol or ⅛ teaspoon stevia

vanilla extract

celtic sea salt
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a medium pot.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and xylitol until combined.
- Stir in the vanilla and salt.
- Spread the mixture into a 1.5 quart loaf dish.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Serve.
