Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Fudge

Instructions
- Line the base of a 9×5-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup or honey, and salt until blended.
- Reserve ½ cup of the mixture and pour the rest into the pan, spreading it evenly.
- In the mixing bowl, add cocoa powder, additional melted coconut oil, maple syrup or honey, and a dash of salt to the reserved mixture, and mix until blended.
- Dollop the chocolate mixture onto the peanut butter layer and swirl with a knife.
- Cover and freeze for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Slice into 1-inch pieces and serve chilled.
