Ingredients

Fudge Base

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • ΒΌ cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Chocolate Swirl

  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder

Optional Toppings

  • to taste chocolate chips
  • to taste sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla in a bowl.
  2. 2. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  3. 3. Mix the cocoa swirl ingredients and drop spoonfuls on top of the peanut butter mixture.
  4. 4. Swirl the cocoa mixture with a toothpick and add optional toppings.
  5. 5. Place in the freezer for at least one hour before serving.
