Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

Instructions
- 1. Prepare an 8” x 8” pan with cooking spray and line it with aluminum foil, leaving extra foil over the edges.
- 2. In a heavy-duty pot over medium heat, combine peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk, whisking until smooth.
- 3. Stir in baking soda and salt, then remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
- 4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and cover with plastic wrap.
- 5. Refrigerate for 2 hours until set, then slice into squares and serve.
