Ingredients

  • 16 ounces peanut butter
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare an 8” x 8” pan with cooking spray and line it with aluminum foil, leaving extra foil over the edges.
  2. 2. In a heavy-duty pot over medium heat, combine peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk, whisking until smooth.
  3. 3. Stir in baking soda and salt, then remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and cover with plastic wrap.
  5. 5. Refrigerate for 2 hours until set, then slice into squares and serve.
