Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a large baking sheet.
- In a bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- Incorporate peanut butter and mix until combined, then stir in dry ingredients.
- Reserve about 2 ½ cups of the dough and press the rest into the prepared pan.
- For the fudge, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, salt, chocolate chips, and vanilla in a bowl and melt in the microwave or on the stovetop until creamy.
- Pour the fudge over the cookie dough layer and spread evenly.
- Crumble the reserved cookie dough over the top.
- Bake for 15 minutes, ensuring not to overbake.
- Let cool completely before slicing and serving.
