  • 3 ½ cups powdered sugar

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Melt the butter, sugar, cocoa, and salt in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth, then let cool to room temperature.
