Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- 2. Melt the butter, sugar, cocoa, and salt in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth, then let cool to room temperature.
- 3. Stir in the vanilla and add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- 4. Add the flour and mix until just combined, then beat vigorously for 40 strokes.
- 5. Spread the brownie batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- 6. Let the brownies cool completely on a rack.
- 7. For the peanut butter fudge, heat the butter and peanut butter in a saucepan until combined and smooth, then stir in salt and vanilla.
- 8. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until smooth, then spread over the cooled brownies.
- 9. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
