Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Brownies

Instructions
- Line an 8x8 or 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil and preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Melt the butter and 2 ounces of milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Whisk in the sugar and instant coffee until combined, then add vanilla and eggs, whisking until smooth.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
- In another bowl, mix together peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, dollop the peanut butter mixture on top, and sprinkle with remaining chocolate.
- Layer the remaining brownie batter on top and smooth it out.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set on top, then let cool completely before frosting.
- For the frosting, heat cream until just below boiling, then stir in chocolate and peanut butter until melted.
- Add vanilla and bourbon to the frosting, then spread it over the cooled brownies.
- Top with chopped Reese's and let the frosting set for about 30 minutes before slicing.
