Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies

Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch round cake or pie pan.
- In a medium bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, then add chocolate chunks.
- In a separate bowl, mix oil, eggs, and vanilla until blended.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until just blended, then stir in the chopped peanut butter cups.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and swirl in peanut butter.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few gooey pieces.
- Let cool, then cut into wedges and optionally top with a mini peanut butter cup.
