Bakers semi-sweet melting chocolate bar
Instructions
- Melt the baking chocolate for the pretzels in the microwave and coat the pretzels, then chill.
- Preheat the oven and prepare the baking pan.
- Melt butter and chocolate, then cool to room temperature.
- Mix in sugar, then add eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition.
- Fold in flour and salt, then pour the batter into the pan and bake.
- Prepare the peanut butter frosting by mixing butter and peanut butter until smooth, then add confectioners’ sugar.
- Once the brownies are cooled, frost with peanut butter frosting and top with chopped chocolate pretzels.
- Refrigerate until the frosting sets, then cut into squares and enjoy.
