Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat, then add the baking chocolate and melt together.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, peanut butter, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Stir in the melted chocolate mixture into the wet ingredients.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until set.
- Let the brownies cool before cutting.
