Ingredients

  • cups gluten-free flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ¾ cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 oz baking chocolate
  • 3 large eggs
  • cup peanut butter
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat, then add the baking chocolate and melt together.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, peanut butter, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  5. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture into the wet ingredients.
  6. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
