Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix oat flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and sweetener until glossy. Add eggs and whisk well.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before slicing.
