Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease an 8-inch square metal pan, lining it with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and chocolate chips together in a heat-safe bowl over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
- Add the coconut sugar to the melted mixture and heat for an additional minute, stirring well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the oat flour, cacao powder, and salt.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the melted chocolate mixture, then add the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until the center is set but still slightly sticky when tested with a toothpick.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 1 hour before slicing.
