Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease an 8-inch square metal pan, lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate chips together in a heat-safe bowl over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add the coconut sugar to the melted mixture and heat for an additional minute, stirring well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the oat flour, cacao powder, and salt.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the melted chocolate mixture, then add the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until the center is set but still slightly sticky when tested with a toothpick.
  8. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 1 hour before slicing.
