Instructions

- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8 to 11 minutes, depending on desired crispiness.
- Let the cookies cool on the pan for at least 15 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
