Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the oat flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
- In another bowl, beat the softened butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add the apple sauce, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla to the butter mixture and beat until combined.
- Gradually mix in the flour mixture until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes until golden, watching closely after 11 minutes.
- Allow to cool before enjoying.
