Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Instructions
- Mix the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and fold in the chocolate chunks.
- Chill the dough in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Scoop out 1 ½-inch balls of dough, roll them, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them 3 inches apart.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the edges are barely golden brown.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
