Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Cream the butter and sugars until smooth, then add the eggs and vanilla and mix for five minutes.
- Incorporate the dry ingredients into the mixture on low speed until just combined.
- Form the dough into lumps about the size of a squash ball and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Space the chilled dough on a lined baking sheet and bake for 11-12 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool on the sheet for a bit before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
