Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a stand mixer, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in milk, vanilla extract, and coconut extract.
- Blend in the dry ingredients, then mix in the oats.
- Incorporate chocolate chunks, coconut, and almonds into the dough.
- Shape the dough into medium-sized balls and place them on lined baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 11 to 13 minutes, then allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
