Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line an 8-inch square pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, applesauce, and maple syrup.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until mixed, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the baked oatmeal cool completely before slicing and serving.
