Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, greasing the dish first.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cacao powder, baking powder, coconut sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, non-dairy milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract, leaving some clumps of peanut butter.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently until incorporated.
- Fold in ¼ cup of the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, smoothing it out evenly.
- Drizzle extra peanut butter on top and swirl it with a knife.
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top and bake for 20-23 minutes.
- Let the brownies cool before slicing into 12 squares.
