Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 or 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- For the brownie layer, whisk together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.
- Make a well in the center and add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, then mix thoroughly.
- Fold in chocolate chips and spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- For the peanut butter layer, mix peanut butter, brown sugar, melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, salt, and baking soda in another bowl until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and carefully spread on top of the brownie layer.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown on top, then let cool.
- Lift out of the pan using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy.
