Peanut Butter Brownies

Instructions
- Line a 9"x9" or 9"x13" pan with foil and coat with cooking spray.
- Prepare the brownie mix with the eggs, oil, and water as directed on the package, and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Let the brownies cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, beat 8 tablespoons of butter until fluffy, then add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk, mixing until combined.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the cooled brownies.
- Melt the chocolate chips and remaining butter in the microwave, stirring until smooth, then let it cool slightly.
- Spread the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and quickly add sprinkles on top.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes, then lift the brownies out using the foil and cut into squares.
