Instructions
- Melt the butter and chopped chocolate together, then let cool slightly.
- Prepare the peanut butter filling by mixing peanut butter, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla, and milk until thick.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare a baking pan with foil.
- Combine the sugars with the cooled chocolate mixture, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Spread half the brownie batter in the pan, layer with peanut butter filling, and top with remaining batter.
- Sprinkle chocolate and peanut butter chips on top, pressing them in slightly.
- Bake for 35-36 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool completely before lifting out and cutting into squares.
