Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies

The peanut butter swirl

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring until completely melted.
- In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, salt, and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flax eggs, brown sugar, and coconut oil until combined.
- Add the water and vanilla extract to the wet mixture.
- Combine the dry mixture with the wet mixture and melted chocolate chips, stirring until well combined.
- Stir in the unmelted chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined 8x8 square pan.
- Warm the peanut butter in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
- Dollop the peanut butter on top of the brownie batter and swirl it in with a knife.
- Bake for 35 minutes, then let cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
