Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan with grease and parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt to the mixture and stir until just combined.
- Transfer the brownie batter to the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the peanut butter, melted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture over the brownie batter and swirl it in with a knife.
- Bake for 22 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few crumbs.
- Cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
