Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and prepare the brownie pan.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or over a pot of boiling water.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flax eggs or egg replacers with brown sugar and coconut oil for about 2 minutes.
- Add the water and vanilla extract to the wet mixture, then combine with the dry ingredients and melted chocolate.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Warm the peanut butter and dollop it on top of the batter, then swirl it through gently.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, allowing the center to remain slightly wobbly.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
