Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.

- Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
- Roll tablespoon-sized portions of dough into balls, flatten slightly, and place on a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8-9 minutes, ensuring they do not brown.
- Cool the cookies completely on a wire rack.
- Melt the coconut oil and chocolate chips together, then drizzle over the cooled cookies and let set.
