Ingredients

The batter

  • ½ cup chocolate protein powder
  • ½ cup PB2 (powered peanut butter)
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup liquid egg whites
  • cup honey
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Topping

  • 4 tsp creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine the protein powder, PB2, pumpkin, egg whites, honey, and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Divide the batter into 4 microwave-safe ramekins.
  3. 3. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top and add one teaspoon of peanut butter in the middle of each ramekin.
  4. 4. Microwave each ramekin for 35 seconds, adjusting time based on desired gooeyness.
  5. 5. Enjoy your brownies!
