Instructions
- 1. Combine the protein powder, PB2, pumpkin, egg whites, honey, and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl.
- 2. Divide the batter into 4 microwave-safe ramekins.
- 3. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top and add one teaspoon of peanut butter in the middle of each ramekin.
- 4. Microwave each ramekin for 35 seconds, adjusting time based on desired gooeyness.
- 5. Enjoy your brownies!
