Ingredients

The filling

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • ¾ cup packed light or dark brown sugar

The assembly

  • 60 small pretzels (square or mini twists)
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Beat peanut butter and butter together until smooth, then mix in confectioners’ sugar and brown sugar until a thick dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough into 30 small balls and sandwich each ball between two pretzels.
  4. Freeze the pretzel bites for 20-30 minutes or refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Melt the chopped chocolate and dip each pretzel bite halfway into the chocolate.
  6. Place the dipped bites back on the baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 10-20 minutes to set the chocolate.
  7. Store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
