Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Beat peanut butter and butter together until smooth, then mix in confectioners’ sugar and brown sugar until a thick dough forms.
- Roll the dough into 30 small balls and sandwich each ball between two pretzels.
- Freeze the pretzel bites for 20-30 minutes or refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Melt the chopped chocolate and dip each pretzel bite halfway into the chocolate.
- Place the dipped bites back on the baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 10-20 minutes to set the chocolate.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
