No Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Date Bites

coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Press half of a date into the bottom of each cup of a mini silicone muffin pan.
- Add about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter to each cup.
- Place one mini pretzel on top of the peanut butter layer and press down.
- Drizzle about 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate on top of the pretzel layer.
- Optional: sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Freeze for at least two hours before enjoying.
