Instructions
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Add the milk, sugar, and cocoa, stirring to combine and bring to a boil.
- Boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, then remove from heat.
- Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the oats, chopped pretzels, and sea salt, mixing well.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto waxed paper and let cool completely.
- Allow cookies to set and harden as they cool.
