Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Place oats in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Whisk in sugar until dissolved.
- Add salt, cocoa powder, milk, and peanut butter, whisking until smooth.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring frequently.
- Once it reaches a rolling boil, set a timer for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- After 3 minutes, remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the oats and mix until coated.
- Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet without pressing down.
- Allow cookies to cool completely before enjoying.
