Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Oats
  • ½ cup Butter, unsalted
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • a pinch Salt
  • ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 ½ tsps Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place oats in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Whisk in sugar until dissolved.
  5. Add salt, cocoa powder, milk, and peanut butter, whisking until smooth.
  6. Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring frequently.
  7. Once it reaches a rolling boil, set a timer for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  8. After 3 minutes, remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  9. Pour the chocolate mixture over the oats and mix until coated.
  10. Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet without pressing down.
  11. Allow cookies to cool completely before enjoying.
