Skinny No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

powdered sugar or cocoa powder (optional)
Instructions
- Combine sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk in a saucepan and boil for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and mix in oats, Better'n Peanut Butter, and vanilla.
- Drop by tablespoons onto wax paper or roll into balls and refrigerate overnight.
- Optionally roll in powdered sugar or cocoa powder before serving.
- Store in the refrigerator if not consumed immediately.
