Skinny No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tbsp Smart Balance Light butter
  • ½ cup fat free milk
  • 2 ½ cups quick oats
  • ¾ cup Better'n Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • to taste powdered sugar or cocoa powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk in a saucepan and boil for 2 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in oats, Better'n Peanut Butter, and vanilla.
  3. Drop by tablespoons onto wax paper or roll into balls and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Optionally roll in powdered sugar or cocoa powder before serving.
  5. Store in the refrigerator if not consumed immediately.
