Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

Instructions
- Combine the butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder in a saucepan over medium heat and whisk until the butter melts.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for 1 minute without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Add the oats and salt, and mix well.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to allow the oats to absorb some moisture.
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Drop tablespoon-sized mounds of dough onto the sheets, flattening slightly if desired.
- Refrigerate the cookies for 30-60 minutes to set.
