Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a stand mixer, combine peanut butter and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Stir in baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder, mixing until just combined.
- Add milk and chocolate chips, stirring until mixed.
- Form the dough into balls, about 1 ½ tablespoons each, and place them on the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Gently flatten the dough mounds with your palm.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
