Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a mixer, cream the butter and sugars until smooth, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the peanut butter cups, peanut butter chips, and chocolate chips.
- Form the dough into balls and place them on the baking sheet, spaced apart.
- Sprinkle the tops with sea salt before baking.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
