Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment or silicone mats.
- In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In an electric mixer, beat the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs, milk, and vanilla, and mix until combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture on low speed until just combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and Reese's Pieces.
- Roll the dough into ¼-cup balls and flatten them into ½-inch thick disks on the baking sheets.
- Optional: Press extra chips on top and sprinkle with turbinado sugar.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until light golden brown at the edges, being careful not to overbake.
- Sprinkle lightly with salt if desired and let cool completely on racks.
