Instructions
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat the butter until creamy, then mix in brown sugar, granulated sugar, and peanut butter until combined.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Mix in the milk and then fold in the chopped peanut butter cups.
- Cover the dough and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare baking sheets.
- Form rounded balls of dough and place them on the baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, then gently press down on each cookie.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Melt the peanut butter and drizzle it over the cookies, allowing it to set.
