Chocolate Chunk Peanut Butter Honey Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large mixer bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Add the whole egg and egg yolk, and beat well.
- Mix in the peanut butter and honey.
- Gradually beat in the flour mixture, then stir in the chocolate chunks and Reese's Pieces.
- Roll the dough into scant tablespoon-sized balls, stack two balls together, and place them on the baking sheet two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, then allow to cool for three minutes before serving or transferring to a cooling rack.
