Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Light Brown Sugar, Packed
  • ½ cup White Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • ¼ cup Almond Milk
  • cup Peanut Butter
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • cups Quick Oats

Instructions

  1. 1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the brown sugar, white sugar, butter, almond milk, and peanut butter until bubbling gently for about 1 minute.
  2. 2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. 3. Stir in the quick oats until well combined.
  4. 4. Spoon the mixture onto a parchment-lined sheet using a cookie scoop.
  5. 5. Allow to cool in the fridge for 20 minutes or on the countertop for 1 hour before serving.
