Instructions
- 1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the brown sugar, white sugar, butter, almond milk, and peanut butter until bubbling gently for about 1 minute.
- 2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- 3. Stir in the quick oats until well combined.
- 4. Spoon the mixture onto a parchment-lined sheet using a cookie scoop.
- 5. Allow to cool in the fridge for 20 minutes or on the countertop for 1 hour before serving.
