Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt, then stir to mix.
- Add the peanut butter, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped pretzels.
- Scoop the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Press down the dough mounds to shape them into cookies, using damp hands if necessary.
