Ingredients

  • 1 ⅔ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • cup all-purpose flour
  • cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • ½ stick unsalted butter
  • 2 whole large eggs
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • cup chocolate chips
  • cup pretzel twists

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt, then stir to mix.
  3. Add the peanut butter, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped pretzels.
  5. Scoop the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
  6. Press down the dough mounds to shape them into cookies, using damp hands if necessary.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden brown, then let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
