Cookie Dough Pretzel Bites

Instructions
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a bowl, beat together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add milk and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- Add flour and salt, mixing until the dough is thick and crumbly, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Roll dough into balls (about 2 teaspoons each) and sandwich between two pretzels.
- Freeze the pretzel bites for 20 minutes.
- Melt chocolate and shortening in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each pretzel bite halfway into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to set the chocolate.
