Instructions
- Whisk warm water, yeast, and sugar together and let sit until foamy.
- Add salt, melted butter, and flour, then mix until dough comes together.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes until soft and slightly tacky.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 10-30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and prepare baking sheets.
- Divide the dough into 6 pieces and roll each into a 20-inch rope, then cut into 1.5 - 2 inch pieces.
- Boil water and baking soda, then dip pretzel bites for 10-15 seconds.
- Place bites on baking sheets and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and serve warm.
